Holt, Fleck & Romine, LLP has been a legal presence in Hamilton County since 1975.  In the early years the firm was called Culp and Holt.  In 1984, Steve Holt was the sole member.  In 1980 a new partnership of Steve Holt, Sean Fleck and Steve Free formed as Holt Fleck and Free.  In 1998, Steve Free become of counsel.  In 2002, Carol Romine became a partner and the firm name changed to Holt, Fleck & Romine.
